You may request a cancellation or reschedule at least 72 hours before the service date for a full refund of any prepaid fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. If you cancel within 72 hours, a 25% administrative fee applies and the remainder will be refunded.

Services commenced by mutual agreement or delivered remotely are not eligible for refund but may be rescheduled once within 60 days at no extra fee. No refunds are available for one-off webinars or promotional sessions due to limited seats and preparation investment.

4.1 Refund Policy for Digital Products
